حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ‏.‏

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:

The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the drinking of water direct from the mouth of a water-skin.
