2/18 Chapter: Sins are from ignorance and a sinner is not a disbeliever unless he worships others along with Allâh
باب المَعَاصِي مِنْ أَمْر الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ وَلَا يُكَفِّرُ صَاحِبُهَا بِارْتِكَابَهَا إِلَّا بِالشِّرْكِ

عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ﷺ) يَقُولُ : (إِنَّ مَعَ الدَّجَّالِ إِذَا خَرَجَ مَاءً وَنَارًا، فَأَمَّا الَّذِي يَرَى النَّاسُ أَنَّهَا النَّارُ فَمَاءٌ بَارِدٌ، وَأَمَّا الَّذِي يَرَى النَّاسُ أَنَّهُ مَاءٌ بَارِدٌ فَنَارُ تُحْرِقُ، فَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ مِنْكُمْ فَلْيَقَعُ فِي الَّذِي يَرَى أَنَّهَا نَارٌ ، فَإِنَّهُ عَذْبٌ بَارِدٌ .

Narrated Ḥudhaifa

I heard Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "When Ad-Dajjâl appears, he will have fire and water along with him. What the people will consider as fire, will be cold water, and what the people will consider as cold water, will be fire that will burn (things). So, if anyone of you comes across this, he should fall in the thing which will appear to him as fire, for in reality, it will be fresh cold sweet water." ' [4:659-O.B]
