عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : كانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ وَجْهَا . وَأَحْسَنَهُمْ خَلْقًا، لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ الْبَائِنِ، وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ .

Narrated Al-Barâ'

Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) was the most handsome of all the people, and had the best appearance. He was neither very tall nor short. [4:749-O.B]
