عَنْ أُبَيِّ بنِ كَعْبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ﷺ) عَن المُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ فَقَالَ : قِيلَ لِي، فَقُلْتُ). فَنَحْنُ نَقُولُ كَمَا قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ﷺ)

Narrated Ubai bin Ka'b

Narrated Ubai bin Ka'b asked Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) about the two awwidhatain. He said that these were recited to him, and he (also) recited them and we (also) say as Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) said (i.e. they are part of the Qur'ân). [6:500-O.B]
