باب: الْمُسْلِمُ مَن سَلِمَ المُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَيَدِهِ

وَعَنْهَا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا : أَنَّ يَدَ السَّارِقِ لَمْ تُقْطَعْ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ (ﷺ) إِلَّا في ثَمَنِ مِجَنٌ، حَجَفَةٍ أَوْ تُرْسٍ.

Narrated (Âisha)

The hand of a thief was not cut off during the lifetime of the Prophet (ﷺ) except for stealing something equal to a shield in value. [1] [8:783-0.B]
