2/6 Chapter: To like for one's (Muslim's) brother what one likes for himself is a part of faith.
باب: مِنَ الإِيمَانِ أَنْ يُحِبُّ لأخيه مَا يُحِبُّ لَنَفْسه

عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ﷺ) إِذَا أَمَرَنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ، انْطَلَقَ أَحَدُنَا إِلَى السُّوقِ، فَيُحَامِلَ، فَيُصِيبُ المُدَّ، وَإِنَّ لِبَعْضِهِمُ الْيَوْمَ لِمَائَةَ أَلْفِ .

Narrated Abu Mas'ûd Al-Ansari

Whenever Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) ordered us to give in charity, we used to go to the market and work as porters and get a Mûdd (a special measure of grain) and then give it in charity. (Those were the days of poverty) and today some of us have one hundred thousand. [2:497-O.B.]
