1/26 Chapter: Clarifying the condition of faith for one who says to his muslim brother: "O Kafir (Disbeliever)."
باب بَيَانِ حَالِ إِيمَانِ مَنْ قَالَ لأَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ يَا كَافِرُ ‏‏

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي، هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏‏ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلْيَفْتَتِحْ صَلاَتَهُ"
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) as saying When any one of you gets up at night, he should begin the prayer with two short rak'ahs.
