حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى وَعَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ - وَاللَّفْظُ لأَبِي كُرَيْبٍ - قَالُوا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى مَوْلَى آلِ جَعْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَابَ طَعَامًا قَطُّ كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَهَاهُ أَكَلَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَشْتَهِهِ سَكَتَ ‏.‏
Abu Huraira reported:
I never saw Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) finding fault with food (served to him) ; if he liked it he ate it, and if did not like it he kept silent.
