36/1 Chapter:

Refraining from harming one who says: La Ilaha Illallah

باب الْكَفِّ عَمَّنْ قَالَ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ

36/2 Chapter:

The sanctity of the Believer's blood and wealth

باب حُرْمَةِ دَمِ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَمَالِهِ

36/3 Chapter:

The prohibition of plunder

باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ النُّهْبَةِ

36/4 Chapter:

Verbally abusing a Muslim is Fusuq (disobedience) and fighting Him is Kufr (ungratefulness to Allah)

باب سِبَابُ الْمُسْلِمِ فُسُوقٌ وَقِتَالُهُ كُفْرٌ
