Ibn Majahحَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ كَكَسْرِهِ حَيًّا "
It was narrated from "Aishah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Breaking the bones of the deceased is like breaking his bones when he is alive."
