باب الرَّجُلاَنِ يَدَّعِيَانِ السِّلْعَةَ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا بَيِّنَةٌ

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏‏ أَيَّامُ مِنًى أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ ‏"‏ ‏‏

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

"The days of Mina (11th, 12th, and 13th of Dhul-Hijjah) are days of eating and drinking.'"
