Ibn Majahحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي الْخَصِيبِ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ مُبَارَكٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ رَأَى رَجُلاً فِي يَدِهِ حَلْقَةٌ مِنْ صُفْرٍ فَقَالَ مَا هَذِهِ الْحَلْقَةُ " . قَالَ هَذِهِ مِنَ الْوَاهِنَةِ . قَالَ " انْزِعْهَا فَإِنَّهَا لاَ تَزِيدُكَ إِلاَّ وَهْنًا " ."
It was narrated from "Imran bin Husain that the Prophet (ﷺ) saw a man with a brass ring on his hand. He said:
"What is this ring?" He said: "It is for Wahinah." * He said: "Take it off, for it will only increase you in weakness."
