Musnad AhmedIt was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say:
“I shall be ahead of you at the Cistern, and whoever comes to it will have succeeded. Some people will be brought and then taken to the left, and I will say: 'O Lord!' But it will be said: ‘They continued turning back on their heels after you were gone.”’
