باب فِي الرَّجُلِ يَبُولُ بِاللَّيْلِ فِي الإِنَاءِ ثُمَّ يَضَعُهُ عِنْدَهُ

وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ ‏"‏ ‏‏
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
He also said through this chain: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous.
