Bulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ جَابِرٍ - رضى الله عنه - [ قَالَ ]: سَمِعْتُ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم - 1 يَقُولُ: {كَيْفَ تُقَدَّسُ أُمَّةٌ, لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ شَدِيدِهِمْ لِضَعِيفِهِمْ ?"} رَوَاهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 2
Narrated Jabir (RA):
I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "How could an Ummah (people) be purified (of its sins) where the right of its weak is not taken from its strong." [Reported by Ibn Hibban].
