Bulugh al-Maramوَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ مَا نَقَصَتْ صَدَقَةٌ مِنْ مَالٍ, وَمَا زَادَ اَللَّهُ عَبْدًا بِعَفْوٍ إِلَّا عِزًّا, وَمَا تَوَاضَعَ أَحَدٌ لِلَّهِ إِلَّا رَفَعَهُ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ . (1992) .
Abu Hurairah (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Sadaqah does not decrease property and Allah increases the honor of him who forgives and no one will humble himself for Allah's sake except that Allah raises his status."
