Narrated Ibn 'Umar that he purchased a camel, suffering from a disease causing excessive and unquenchable thirst, from a man who had a partner (in business). His partner came to me (Ibn‘Umar) and said, "My partner has sold you the camel suffering from excessive and unquenchable thirst and he had not known you." (Ibn 'Umar) told him to take it back. When he went to take it (Ibn 'Umar) said (to him), "Leave it as I am happy with the decision of Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) that there is no ' Adwa (i.e. no contagious disease is conveyed to others without Allâh's Permission) ".
