4/52 Chapter: (What is said about) An-Najâsât [1] (impure and filthy things) which fall in cooking butter (Ghee -- which is obtained by evaporating moisture from butter) and water.
باب: مَا يَقَعُ مِنَ النَّجَاسَاتِ فِي السَّمْن وَالمَاءِ
[1] An-Najásat is either: (a) physical or (b) spiritual. (a) Physical as regards urine, stools and sexual discharges; (b) Spiritual as regards not having belief in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad (ﷺ).

عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ (ﷺ) سُئِلَ عَنْ فَأَرَةٍ سَقَطَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ، فَقَالَ: أَلْقُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَها وَكُلُوا سَمْنَكُمْ).

Narrated Maimûna

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was asked regarding ghee (cooking butter) in which a mouse had fallen. He said, "Take out the mouse and throw away the ghee around it and use the rest." [1:236-O.B.]
