4. The Book of Wudu (Ablution)

مختصر صحيح البخاري

4/52 Chapter: (What is said about) An-Najâsât [1] (impure and filthy things) which fall in cooking butter (Ghee -- which is obtained by evaporating moisture from butter) and water.
باب: مَا يَقَعُ مِنَ النَّجَاسَاتِ فِي السَّمْن وَالمَاءِ
[1] An-Najásat is either: (a) physical or (b) spiritual. (a) Physical as regards urine, stools and sexual discharges; (b) Spiritual as regards not having belief in the Oneness of Allah and His Messenger Muhammad (ﷺ).

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ . عَنِ النَّبِيِّ (ﷺ) قَالَ : (كُلُّ كَلْمٍ يُعْلَمُهُ المُسْلِمُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، يَكُونُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ كَهَيْتَتِهَا ، إِذْ طُعِنَتْ، تَفَجَّرُ دَما ، اللَّوْنُ لَوْنُ الدَّمِ، وَالْعَرْفُ عَرْفُ الْمِسْكِ) .

Narrated Abu Huraira

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A wound which a Muslim receives in Allâh's Cause will appear on the Day of Resurrection as it was at the time of infliction; blood will be flowing from the wound and its colour will be that of the blood but will smell like musk (perfume)." [1:238-O.B.]
