باب فِي أَنَّ الإِسْنَادَ مِنَ الدِّينِ وَأَنَّ الرِّوَايَةَ لَا تَكُونُ إِلَّا عَنْ الثِّقَاتِ وَأَنَّ جَرْحَ الرُّوَاةِ بِمَا هُوَ فِيهِمْ جَائِزٌ بَلْ وَاجِبٌ وَأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ الْغِيبَةِ الْمُحَرَّمَةِ بَلْ مِنْ الذَّبِّ عَنْ الشَّرِيعَةِ الْمُكَرَّمَةِ

وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي كِلاَهُمَا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ مِثْلَهُ وَقَالاَ ‏‏ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ ‏"‏ ‏‏
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words):
" He is more entitled to get it than any other creditor."
