Evidence that the one who is content with Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion and Muhammad (ﷺ) as his prophet, then he is a believer, even if he commits major sins

بَاب الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولًا فَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَإِنْ ارْتَكَبَ الْمَعَاصِيَ الْكَبَائِرَ

وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏‏ لاَ يُقِيمَنَّ أَحَدُكُمُ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ ‏"‏ ‏‏
Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) having said:
None of you should make another one stand in the meeting and then occupy his place.
