Bulugh al-Maramوَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا : { أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍ، ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ . (1598)
Ibn 'Umar (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cut off the hand of a thief for stealing a shield that was worth three Dirhams. Agreed upon.
