Does taking an injection invalidate the fast?
Medical injections into muscle or veins for treatment do not break the fast. However, nutritional injections or glucose IV drips that substitute food/drink invalidate the fast.
What is the ruling if someone eats or drinks forgetfully while fasting?
If someone eats or drinks out of forgetfulness, their fast remains valid without need for makeup or expiation. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Let him complete his fast, for Allah has fed him and given him drink.
Is Zakat obligatory on Provident Fund?
For mandatory provident funds where the employee does not have immediate access, Zakat is not due until the money is officially received in possession.
Does swallowing saliva break the fast?
No, swallowing normal saliva does not invalidate the fast according to the consensus of Islamic scholars.
Is it better for women to pray in the mosque or at home?
