Sahih Muslimوَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلُ بْنُ، خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ قَارِظٍ، وَعَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُمَا حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ . بِمِثْلِهِ .

An Nasaiأَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ شِرْكٍ رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لاَ يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ فَإِنْ بَاعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَهُ "
it was narrated that Jabir said:
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Pre-emption is to be given in everything that is shared, whether it is a house or a garden. It is not right to sell it before informing one's partner, and if he sells it he (the partner) has more right to it, unless he gives Permission to sell it to someone else.

Abdullah said:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah say: 'If the two parties to a transaction disagree, and neither of them has any proof, then it is as the owner of the goods says, or they may cancel it.'''

Abu Dawoodحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْخَيَّاطُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزَّاهِرِيَّةِ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ نُفَيْرٍ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ ضَحَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا ثَوْبَانُ أَصْلِحْ لَنَا لَحْمَ هَذِهِ الشَّاةِ " قَالَ فَمَا زِلْتُ أُطْعِمُهُ مِنْهَا حَتَّى قَدِمْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ
Narrated Thawban:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sacrificed during a journey and then said: Thawban, mend the meat of this goat. I then kept on supplying its meat until we reached Medina.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The world ceases to exist is less significant to Allah than killing a Muslim man."

Ibn Majahحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا أَبُو رَمْلَةَ، عَنْ مِخْنَفِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا وُقُوفًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ بِعَرَفَةَ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّ عَلَى كُلِّ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ فِي كُلِّ عَامٍ أُضْحِيَّةً وَعَتِيرَةً " أَتَدْرُونَ مَا الْعَتِيرَةُ هِيَ الَّتِي يُسَمِّيهَا النَّاسُ الرَّجَبِيَّةَ
It was narrated that Mikhnaf bin Sulaim said:
"We were standing with the Prophet (ﷺ) at "Arafat and he said: "O people, each family, each year, must offer Udhiyah and "Atirah.'

Musnad AhmedIt was narrated that Zadhan Abu ‘Umar said:
I heard ‘Ali in Ar-Rahbah, when he was adjuring the people and asking who had been present with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the day of Ghadeer Khumm. when he said what he said. Thirteen men stood up and testified that they had heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say; “If I am a person"s mawla”, ‘Ali is also his mawla."
(The word mawla refers to the one who manumits a slave, who has the right to inherit from the ex-slave. Changing one"s mawla means giving the right of inheritance to the new mawla)
