Between every two calls (Adhan and Iqama) there is a Salat (prayer) (that is optional) for the one who wants to offer it.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ الْخَازِنُ الأَمِينُ الَّذِي يُنْفِقُ ـ وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ الَّذِي يُعْطِي ـ مَا أُمِرَ بِهِ كَامِلاً مُوَفَّرًا، طَيِّبٌ نَفْسُهُ، إِلَى الَّذِي أُمِرَ بِهِ، أَحَدُ الْمُتَصَدِّقَيْنِ "
Narrated Abu Musa:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "An honest treasurer who gives what he is ordered to give fully, perfectly and willingly to the person to whom he is ordered to give, is regarded as one of the two charitable persons."
