حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ،‏.‏ وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، رضى الله عنه أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏‏ إِذَا كَانُوا ثَلاَثَةٌ فَلاَ يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ ‏"‏‏‏
Narrated `Abdullah:
the Prophet (ﷺ) said "When three persons are together, then no two of them should hold secret counsel excluding the third person."
