عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قالَ : جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ (ﷺ) فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَنْ أَحَقُّ النَّاسِ بِحُسْنِ صَحَابَتِي؟ قالَ : (أُمُّكَ). قالَ: ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قال : (ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ) . قالَ : ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قالَ : (ثُمَّ أُمُّكَ). قالَ : ثُمَّ مَنْ؟ قَالَ: (ثُمَّ أَبُوكَ ) .

Narrated Abu Huraira

A man came to Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) and said, "O Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ)! Who is more entitled to be treated with the best companionship by me?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Your mother." The man said, "Who is next?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Your mother." The man further said, "Who is next?" The Prophet (ﷺ) L said, "Your mother." The man asked (for the fourth time), "Who is next?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "father." [8:2-0.B]

71/2 Chapter: A man should not abuse his parents.

باب: لا يَسُبُّ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍرٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا قالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (ﷺ) : (إِنَّ مِنْ أَكْبَرِ الْكَبَائِرِ أَنْ يَلْعَنَ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ) . قِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَكَيْفَ يَلْعَنُ الرَّجُلُ وَالِدَيْهِ؟ قَالَ: يَسُبُّ الرَّجُلُ أَبَا الرَّجُل، فَيَسُبُّ أَبَاهُ، وَيَسُبُّ أُمَّهُ فَيَسُتُ أُمَّهُ) .

Narrated Abdullah bin 'Amr

Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ) said." It is one of the greatest sins that a man should curse his parents." It was asked (by the people), O Allâh's Messenger (ﷺ)! How does a man curse his parents?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said." The man abuses the father of another man and the latter abuses the father of the former, and abuses his mother then the latter abuses his mother." [8:4-O.B]

عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ (ﷺ) يَقُولُ : (لا يَدْخُلُ الجَنَّةَ قَاطِعٌ).

Narrated Jubair bin Mutţ'im

Narrated Jubair bin Mutţ'im that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, Al-Qâti ' (the person who severs the bond of kinship) will not enter Paradise." [8:13-O.B]

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ (ﷺ) قَالَ : (إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ شِجْنَةٌ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَقَالَ اللهُ: مَنْ وَصَلَكِ وَصَلْتُهُ، وَمَنْ قَطَعَكِ قَطَعْتُهُ) .

Narrated Abu Huraira

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The word 'Ar-Raḥm' (womb) derives its name from 'Ar-Rahm' (i.e., one of the names of Allâh) and Allâh said: ' I will keep good relation with the one who will keep good relation with you, (womb i.e., kith and kin) and sever the relation with him who will sever the relation with you, (womb, i.e., kith and kin). [8:17-O.B]
